From pregnancy pillows and maternity leggings to belly butter and the best prenatal vitamins-- these are a few of my favorite pregnancy trends, gadgets and more (and basically everything I can’t live without!) Keep reading to find out my current favs and let me know in the comments below if you’ve used some of these items during your pregnancy, and anything additional you may suggest as I have just a few more months until her arrival!

BLANQI Everyday Maternity Belly Support Leggings

If there’s anything pregnancy has taught me it’s the fact that comfort is key! Throughout my entire pregnancy, I have been living in these maternity belly supporting leggings by BLANQI. These leggings are extremely comfortable, supportive and breathable and include a built-in, seamless belly panel. For all my mama’s-to-be out there, these leggings will have you wanting a different pair to wear every single day of the week! Literally that’s how obsessed I am because the comfort is unmatched! ASOS Design Maternity Exclusive Sweat with Mama to be

You guys know I wouldn’t be JaLisa if I didn’t have something that screamed to the world just how excited I am to be a new mommy! I’m loving this “Mama to be” crewneck from ASOS design, which features a relaxed fit that fits perfectly over the baby bump. This crewneck is very soft and stretchy and is the perfect piece to layer over any lightweight t-shirt. I’ve recently paired mine with light wash denim jeans, white sneakers and gold accessories-- the perfect outfit when I’m running errands-- cute and comfy! For all the mama’s-to-be, check out ASOS for this crewneck that’s under $20!

Queen Rose Pregnancy Pillow + Belly Down Pregnancy Pillow

If there was one piece of advice I’ve been given and stuck with, it’d definitely have to be getting myself a pregnancy pillow! Before finding these two that I LOVE, I tried out a few that just didn’t do it for me. After first trying the Queen Rose Pregnancy pillow,  I knew I had to have it. It’s full body u-shape helps me get a good night’s rest because as many of you may not know-- pregnancy sleep is extremely uncomfortable especially during the last few trimesters. It’s super supportive from the front all the way to the back and the velvet material is so soft! The Belly Down pillow  allows me to comfortably and safely lay on my belly while pregnant! That’s a huge plus for me because I’ve been having a really hard time trying to get comfortable sleep (sleeping on my side just isn’t cutting it!)

URBNFit Exercise Ball

At the start of my pregnancy, I was utilizing my Peloton bike to get my cardio and workouts in. I’m still using my Peloton, but on those days where I may not feel like riding, but still want to remain active is when my exercise ball comes into play. This URBNFit exercise ball is the perfect tool for fitness, stability, balance and yoga. As expecting mama’s we can still remain fit and keep our bodies in motion as long as we don’t overdo it. Visit Amazon to get your exercise ball for under $20 and pick from a selection of nine colors!

ASOS Design Maternity

Like I told you guys earlier, comfort is my go-to! These tanks from ASOS Design are also something I’ve been living in throughout my pregnancy. The Ultimate Organic Cotton Scoop Neck Tank comes in a pack of 3 with three colors to choose from (black, white or gray).  This Oversized Longline Swing Tank in elephant gray has also been a fav as it fits my baby bump perfectly and goes well with a pair of black leggings. You can never go wrong with a little black dress, even if you are expecting! This Mamalicious Maternity Organic Cotton Mini Dress  is the perfect piece to dress up or down and still allows me to move freely. The plain design of this LBD allows me to pair a variety of accessories, shoes and handbags to create a multitude of looks!

Rainbow Light Prenatal Daily Duo

Yes, it’s also true what they say about prenatal vitamins-- you need to take them to make sure your baby remains healthy and if you don’t find the right ones for you-- they will make you sick! The first few brands I tried did not react well with my body well. They left me feeling extremely nauseous and sick. After doing extensive research, I came across Rainbow Light Prenatal pills and I’ve stuck with these ever since. These pills don’t make me feel sick at all and allow my baby girl and myself to get the nutrients we need to remain healthy as she continues to grow.

Belly Bottle

Belly Bottle has been a complete lifesaver for me during my pregnancy. It has helped me monitor my water intake which is extremely important during pregnancy. As a full-time influencer, I am constantly moving around, whether I’m shooting for a campaign or preparing to shoot for a campaign I don’t always remember to drink my water or even drink enough for that matter. Belly Bottle keeps me on track and makes sure me and babygirl are hydrated.

Skin & Senses Pregnancy  Belly Butter

One thing that I constantly thought about even before getting pregnant was how could I prevent the least amount of stretch marks from appearing on my belly. Skin and Senses Pregnancy Belly Butter has helped me with stretch mark prevention. With 100% pure ingredients, I literally put this stuff on day and night and I’ve yet to notice one stretch mark!

These items have become a complete life-saver during my pregnancy. Being able to find the best trends, gadgets and hacks to make sure I am able to still function and enjoy my pregnancy has definitely helped me!
